This is the support address for account, technical, billing, privacy, and content safety questions.
Email Raindance AIWhat to include
Please email us from the address linked to your Raindance AI account and use a clear subject such as “Generation issue,” “Refund request,” or “Privacy request.” Include only the information relevant to your request.
- Generation support: the approximate generation time, task or result link if available, and what went wrong.
- Payment or refund support: the purchase date, amount, and Waffo Pancake order or receipt reference.
- Account support: the Google-linked email address and a short description of the access problem.
- Privacy requests: state whether you want to access, correct, or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity.
- Safety reports: provide the relevant URL or task reference and explain the suspected violation. Do not attach or forward illegal or explicit material.
Keep payment details safe
Never email us your full card number, card security code, password, or Google sign-in credentials. Raindance AI does not receive your complete card details. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing.
Refunds and failed generations
A confirmed technical generation failure normally returns its video credit automatically. For payment refunds, eligibility, and processing details, read our Refund Policy before contacting us.
Privacy and content safety
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. To report prohibited NSFW content, non-consensual imagery, suspected exploitation, or any other generated content that may violate our rules, email support@raindanceai.online with the subject “Urgent content safety report.” Anyone may submit a report, including people who do not have a Raindance AI account. Our Acceptable Use rules explain what is prohibited, and our reporting process explains what to include and what happens after we receive a report.
Independent service
Raindance AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Dave, Tems, their labels, TikTok, or the Raindance Film Festival. We cannot help with their accounts, releases, events, or customer support matters.
